At Wonder Blossom, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied with your purchase
Delivery- We offer free USPS Ground Shipping within the US on all orders of $50 or more. For any orders under $50, the usual shipping fees and rates will apply. Orders typically take 3-7 business days from processing and transit to arrive. We will work to ship all orders within our standard time frame. Please know that due to the special circumstances we are all facing today, you may experience some small delays. We truly appreciate your support and understanding.

Return Policy
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! You can return any* item(s) within 7 business days of your received date for store credit, minus the shipping cost.

Wrong size items and quality problem items can be exchanged. For defective products, if a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund including the charges you have accrued of delivery and return. The refund will be paid either to your wallet of Wonderblossom account or to the original method of payment.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned

Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, masks,and accessories (except scarves, bags)cannot be returned

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

*Return shipping costs will be deducted from store credit.

How to initiate a return - Simply send us an email at info@Shopwonderblossom.com or call us at: (212) 398-3066 with your order number and what item you would like to be returning. We will get back to you as late as the next business day.
We will provide a shipping label via email where you can print and place it on the returned package to be shipped back to us. Make sure to include the packing slip for your return in the package. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated into Store Credit.
Store Credit- Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 1-3 business days after your return is received at our warehouse and processed.

*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait on your refund to be issued. Refunds and in-store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.

Quality Control- We stand behind our products 100% and it’s important to us that our customers are as satisfied with them as we are! We always do our best to take care of our customers. If you receive any damaged or defective items, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the goods so we can resolve any issues.
